Poetry Readings and Discussion:
Performing poetry is a perfect way to allow for the poet to incite an emotional connection between people in small and large group settings.
Poetry/Writing Workshops for Wellness:
These workshops consist of writing and reflecting on one's poetry. In doing these guided exercises, individuals foster their creative ability to express themselves.
Mentorship in Writing:
Poetry is freeing and does not always have to be uniform, but it can feel foreign to some people. Abby seeks to bring guidance and mentoring to others in the expression and interpretation of poetry.
